These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform 7075c, available at 7075c.net, including all Sports Betting services, Live Casino games, slots, crash games, and all other features offered by the platform to users located in Brazil.

The 7075c may request, at any time, that the user present valid identification documents — such as a national ID, driver's license, or passport — along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used. This verification follows standard KYC (Know Your Customer) and anti-money laundering procedures.
Users who fail to provide the requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may have their account temporarily suspended until the matter is resolved.

The 7075c does not charge any additional fees on deposits. The full deposited amount is credited to the user's account. Any banking fees charged by the user's own financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.
Deposits made by third parties — that is, from a bank account in a name other than the account holder at 7075c — are not accepted and will be returned to the sender; depending on the financial institution, the refund may take up to 5 business days.
Withdrawals on the 7075c are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. There is no default maximum withdrawal amount, but large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification in accordance with the platform's internal procedures.
Withdrawal processing takes up to 5 minutes after the request, during standard banking hours. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed in the next available window, generally within 30 minutes. In exceptional cases requiring manual verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.
The 7075c never charges fees on withdrawals. The full requested amount is transferred to the user's registered Pix key. If the bonus rollover is not completed within the time limit, only the deposit balance is preserved — the remaining bonus balance is removed, but the deposited funds remain available for withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).
Any conflict or dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms must first be submitted through the support channels of the 7075c. If no amicable resolution is reached, the parties agree to submit any disputes to the courts of the district of São Paulo/SP, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
